Snowy Christmas Card

Good Afternoon all.

Another quick Christmas card today. Over at Christmas Stampin' All Year Long there is a fab challenge to CASE the very first Christmas card that you added to your blog. I went back to 2008 with trepidation because I knew that my cards back then were a bit 'dodgy' but thankfully the first christmas card I added was a Penny Black 'Snowy' card and you can't go wrong with him can you.

Original Card

New card

I have used Snowy from the PB Jolly Friends Transparent Set
Coloured with Promarkers and glitter dust and fake snow from B&M

I am also entering this card into the following challenges:
ABC Christmas Challenge - R for Recycling (Kraft card from IKEA packaging)
Winter Wonderland - Christmas Pets
Jingle Belles - Going Postal
Stampin' for the weekend - Starting Christmas Early
Penny Black at Allsorts - Early Christmas Makes

Right just going to get showered and changed now, then settle down to watch Dr Who and then pop out for a drink to celebrate Emily's 20th birthday today and then tomorrow she is off back to Uni in Lincoln.

This card is super-cute! I love how you combined all the challenges. Those characters are so sweet. I love the delicate white snow feel, and the mini-postal-stamp. Thanks for playing along with the Jingle Belles Going Postal challenge. Blessings, Lela aka Serenity_Stamper

Hi Debs, I've missed so many cards since I visited last! Those darn school holidays are just the worse for making me a bad blogger!

Hoping to be better, and visit more often, now my Emily is back at school.

Had to say though, love the picture of your Emily - how sweet!!! Hope she has a great birthday.

What do you think of the new series of Dr Who, I'm not entirely sure - yet, even though I've only seen one episode!!!!
