Christmas Card #13

Isn't it a lovely sunny day.  Mum is finally home from hospital, hurrah!!.  She came home late Friday, still feeling a bit down but it is amazing what a night in your own bed can do.  Went round to see her yesterday and apart from being a bit tired she looked great.  Not been today yet as my sister is up from Cheltenham so I'll go around a bit later on.
I have made 2 cards today.  The first is my weekly Christmas Card.  I am entering it into a few Christmas challenges.  The first is Bah Humbug which this week is Candy Canes.  The second is DieCut Dreams Christmas Challenge which is to use 2 images, one of which has to be a Tilda and the third challenge is Winter Wonderland which has a photo for inspiration.

I have used this cute Tilda with Candy Cane and coloured with Promarkers.  The window image was a gifted image so sorry I don't know where from.

My second card today is for a couple of Sugar Nellie Challenges.  The first is a sketch by Maria Therese on The Sugar Bowl Challenge and you have to use the colours Green and Purple and the second challenge is the Sugar Nellie Facebook Challenge White on White.

I have used one of my favourite Sugar Nellies 'Post Box' and coloured it with Promarkers.

So glad your Mum is finally home. I hope you manage to have some time with your sister too. I love your White on White Sugar Nellie card - it really reminds me of Hollie Hobbie. And your Tilda - that striped paper really picks up on the candy cane & her striped socks - love the different directions of the stripes - so effective. I do like your colours here too - the red makes it warm & cosy inside & the cool colours make it feel wintery outside.
Take care.
