Brenda's 70th Birthday

Another quick one today.  This card has been asked for by one of my sister's neighbours.  I made a 70th card for her last year and she wanted one for a friend of hers.
The brief was Brenda, 70, smooth white cat.

I googled white cat pics and after going cross eyed finally came up with this one.  Matted it onto silver mirri card and then onto swiss dots embossed card.    I printed the sentiment on computer and added a few little white pearls.

Mum is still in hospital, she has managed to get herself a chest infection after the op so won't be home as soon as we thought.  The consultant saw her yesterday and said it would probably be a few days.  Just been round to mum and dad's house and given it a good clean while he was at afternoon visiting, it wasn't too bad as dad hasn't been there much.  Going to have something to eat and then off to evening visit.  I think my car knows it's own way there now!

Goodness - this is a real beauty. How you've done this between visiting & also so thoughtfullly cleaning your parents house is quite a feat. Take care of yourself too midst all this & hope your Mum improves rapidly - chest infections are not nice, especially on top of major surgery.
