Not been around this week, we have been away on holiday in The Lake District. We stayed in a lovely cosy cottage, high up in the hills. Had a gorgeous view of the Irish Sea and the Isle of Man, Muncaster Castle and the mountains and fells behind us. We were so lucky with the weather, it only rained during the night on Thursday and then we had a couple of showers on the Friday, but we were in Coniston so just kept popping in the shops until it cleared. I need a rest now as hubby doesn't believe in relaxing on holiday he kept dragging me up mountains. We had no internet and only got a signal on our phones when we drove down near the coast, it was fab. Back to normal now though, we are all home and glued to our laptops. I must try to spend less time on here but once I come on the time just runs away with me.
My card today is following the sketch on
Sweet Sketch Wednesday and is also being entered into the
Sugar Nellie Challenge on Papercraft Planet which this week is to use Autumn Colours. I have used this gorgeous Sugar Nellie 'Post Box'. I seem to be using this stamp a lot just lately and as usual I have coloured her with Promarkers. The papers are from the free pack of Spring Papers in Cardmaking and Papercraft magazine. Punched flowers and leaves. Ribbon and gems from stash.
