It is my 4th week as Guest Designer for Bah Humbug and this was the trickiest so far. The Challenge this week was 'A Christmas Scene' and as soon as I saw this I thought of the Manger scene with Mary and Joseph in the stable. I have got a Penny Black stamp which fits this theme and made 2 cards but for some unknown reason I just couldn't get them to look like what I imagined. So finally after binning loads of card I totally changed my mind and used these cardboard die cuts that I won in another Christmas Challenge.
This really took me out of my comfort zone, most of my cards are made using stamped or digi images and coloured in but I do quite like it, especially the gold glittery christmas tree. Sorry I don't know the make of the diecuts, but if I had to guess I would probably say K & Co as there was some K & Co stickers in my prize win.

Good morning Debs - sorry some of your early attempts ended in the bin. That's where a lot of my cards go to but it's worth all the work when you end with such a lovely card. Isn't that scene gorgeous.
A real beauty.

Hi again Debs - just popped in to say don't worry you're not loosing the plot. I've just added that card to Bah! Humbug! - Max wanted me to do a tutorial so I thought on the acetate cards so I thought seeing as it was a scene I might as well add to our Christmas blog too.
Thanks for your lovely comments.
